November 2005 Power Steps from Dr. Verna

How To Become An Adder To Yourself:

Review your short and long term goals at least once a week
Take an inventory of your current activities and the time used for these activities.

Now, ask yourself these questions:

Where do I spend most of my time?
Who do I spend most of my time with?
How much of my time is being used to accomplish my goals?
Which activities/people should I give less or more time to?
Which activities/people should I resign from or discontinue?

Take the time to start reading or finish at least one book that will help you reach your goals.

Acclaim for Dr. Verna's Power of People:

"I just finished your entire book. You are an amazing person and really opened my eyes on a lot of things. I wish I could have one of your books to give to my Adders and Multipliers. Amazing stuff! I just wanted to share that with you and I might be buying a couple more of your books and also recommending it to a couple of my peers and leaders."

More Praise for Dr. Verna:
